This thesis discusses a company that exports down and feather products to other countries worldwide by Nam Vu Down – Feathers JSC. This thesis includes three main parts: Chapter 1 is the theoretical background on the process of performing the export contract of goods, Chapter 2 is the actual situation of the process of performing the export contract for down and feather products at Nam Vu Down - Feathers JSC, and Chapter 3 is solutions to improve the process of performing the down and feather export contract at Nam Vu Down - Feathers JSC. Hopefully, this thesis points out the company’s problem that the company is facing and gives some solutions to help improve the company’s business status.
