This research aim to build a model of the factors influencing employee's job engagement .To test the impact of the factors on employee's job satisfaction and engagement. To examine the mediating effect of employee's job satisfaction in the relationship between the factors (leader, salary, work environment, benefits) within the model. To evaluate the controlling role of the factor such as gender, age on the relationships within the model.
