dc.description.abstract	This study investigates learning motivation among pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Using the Pharmacy Motivation Scale (Pharm-S), results showed that 3rd-year students had the highest motivation, mainly intrinsic, while 2nd-year students showed the lowest motivation and highest amotivation. Financial pressure negatively affected learning motivation. The findings suggest the need for additional academic and financial support, especially for lower and final-year students.
