dc.description.abstract	Determine the used propolis for its flavonoid and phenolic acid contents, its anti-inflammatory, and its antioxidant activities. Develop a gel formulation from different concentrations of CMC, propolis (0449), and glycerine. To evaluate these CMC gel formulations loaded with 0449 propolis for their physicochemical properties, including pH, homogeneity, stability, surface morphology, rabbit skin irritation, antibacterial and antifungal capabilities, and in vitro drug release to determine which is the best CMC propolis gel formula for wound-healing applications.
