dc.description.abstract	This study investigated the effects of different nutrient sources (nitrate, phosphorus, and NPK) on the growth, pigment, and lipid content of Picochlorum sp. algae in MD4 0.5M medium. Results showed that nitrate improved growth, chlorophyll, carotenoid, and lipid production. Phosphorus had limited impact on growth but supported pigment and lipid accumulation at specific concentrations. NPK at 0.15–0.2 g/L significantly enhanced all parameters.
