The study “Genetic diversity of mango cultivars in Central and Southern Vietnam using Start Codon Target markers” was carried out between February 2019 and August, 2019 in Molecular Biology lab, Faculty of Biotechnology, Nguyen Tat Thanh Univerisity with aim to genetic evaluate and divide 30 mango cultivars to groups based on Start Codon Target (SCoT) marker system. This study includes collection of 30 mango cultivars, DNA extraction, polymorphism selection and amplification out of 46 SCoT markers, and genetic diversity of 30 mango cultivars with NTSys software.vi_VN
