Assessing mindset of pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University during the academic year 2022-2023 : Gradution Thesis

This study investigated the correlation between growth mindset and academic outcomes among 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University in the 2022–2023 academic year. Using the Dweck Mindset Instrument, results showed students had a strong growth mindset (mean score 4.15 ± 0.73), highest among 2nd-year students. The most influential factor on mindset was quality of life (β = 0.113), while financial pressure negatively impacted it. Other significant factors included academic year and enjoyment of studying pharmacy.
