One of the quantitative analysis methods that the majority of analysis want to implement is the high performance liquid chromotography method. This is a method of separation based on the different distribution of ananlysis on the mobile and stationary phases. Because of the widely of using this method, it can simultaneously quantify substances with polarity close to each other, substances with a large molecular weight.
