According to an exhaustive review commissioned by UK government, globally, approximately 700,000 deaths can be attributed to AMR each year. Hence, efflux pump has been found to be related multi-drug resistance in clinical isolate as well as MexAB-OprM. MexAB-OprM is the most important multi-drug efflux system of P. aeruginosa due to the wide resistance on antibiotics. Many studies discovered efflux pump inhibitors (EPIs) that are able to combine with antibiotics, which is one of the most potential therapies. Thus, the main point of this study is to build a 2D–QSAR models, which have predictive capabilities for efflux pump inhibitory activities of natural compounds and clinical medicines.en2D-QSARMexAB-OprMPseudomonas aeruginos2D-QSAR studies on MexAB-OprM efflux pump inhibitors of Pseudomonas aeruginos : Bachelor ThesesThesis
